Information we collect
- + Contact and account information such as name, email address, login activity, Discord or TradingView username, and phone number when you request SMS alert access.
- + Trial, membership, support, course, feature, usage, and entitlement records.
- + Payment and subscription status from Stripe. Stripe processes payment-card details; we do not receive or store your full card number.
- + Technical and security information such as IP address, browser, device, request timestamps, referral data, cookie choice, and fraud or abuse signals.
- + AI prompts, responses, feedback, preferences, saved memory or journal entries, and related dashboard content when you choose to use those features.
- + Messages and information you send through forms, email, SMS, Discord, support, surveys, or testimonials.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure accounts, trials, memberships, dashboard features, alerts, courses, customer support, and transactional messages; process payments and cancellations; enforce trial and usage limits; detect abuse; measure service performance; troubleshoot errors; improve products; comply with law; and send marketing only where permitted. We do not sell personal information for money.
Service providers and integrations
We disclose only information reasonably needed for vendors to perform services for us. Depending on the feature and our current configuration, providers may include Vercel for hosting and analytics, Supabase for database and authentication services, Stripe for billing, Brevo for email delivery and list management, Discord for community access, TradingView and other vendors for chart or market integrations, and Sentry or similar tools for privacy-filtered error monitoring. AI requests may be processed by configured providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or DeepSeek. Their handling is also governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Legal, safety, and business disclosures
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, a valid legal request, or a court order; protect customers, rights, safety, and the service; investigate fraud or security incidents; enforce agreements; or complete a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale where the recipient remains subject to appropriate privacy obligations.
Email and SMS choices
Transactional messages—such as login links, welcome instructions, receipts, service notices, and access updates—are sent to operate your account. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe method where required. You may opt out of SMS follow-up through the instructions in the message or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary transactional or legal notices.
Cookies, analytics, and browser controls
Essential browser storage supports security and preference functions. Optional Vercel Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies through our banner. You may reopen Cookie Settings at any time to change or withdraw that choice. Third-party destinations or embeds may set their own cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including account delivery, fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax and accounting obligations, security, and legal compliance. Retention varies by record type. We delete, de-identify, or restrict information when it is no longer needed, unless continued retention is required or permitted by law.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information when an exception applies. Authorized agents must provide appropriate authority. You may contact your local privacy regulator where applicable. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a protected right.
International processing
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use provider commitments and lawful transfer mechanisms intended to protect information across borders. Local mandatory privacy rights remain available.
Security and incidents
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the service, including access controls and provider security features. No internet system is perfectly secure. If a breach creates a legally reportable risk, we will provide notices as required by applicable law.
Children
The services are for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child provided information so we can review and take appropriate action.
